Overview
Buy a new car, truck, SUV, or electric vehicle on Amazon.com, in partnership with Hyundai dealers near you.
Amazon Autos is a partnership between participating local Hyundai dealerships and Amazon that allows you to browse and purchase a car from a dealership through Amazon.com. Vehicles listed on Amazon Cars are sold by participating local dealerships, not by Amazon.
When you shop on Amazon Autos, Amazon will surface the information you need to make an informed purchase decision, including individual vehicle features, customer reviews, pricing, warranties, and more. Every listing is for a unique vehicle — just like looking at what’s on the lot at the dealership.
Pricing
When you shop for a car, you’ll be able to see the vehicle’s Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) and Seller Finance Price on the detail page for each vehicle. You may also see additional savings or pricing options once you enter checkout. Amazon Autos aims for competitive, no-haggle pricing that allows customers to get a fair deal from the comfort of their home. While we don’t offer price negotiation or price matching, we strive for transparent pricing information so you are able to make informed car-buying choices.
Searching for a Vehicle
On the vehicle detail page, select the dedicated Save Car button, and the car will be added to your saved cars for later reference. Access your saved cars from the Amazon Autos toolbar, or by selecting your Amazon Cart. We keep your Saved Cars up to date with the latest pricing and availability. Saved cars are not reserved, however, and may not be available for purchase later.
Buying a Vehicle
When you’ve found a car you love, begin the purchase process by clicking the Begin Purchase button. This enters you into Amazon Autos’ checkout experience. Select your payment method and complete any required information. Then, choose any eligible incentives, rebates, or protection plans. Once you are happy with the deal, verify your information and selections before submitting the order.
The dealership will begin preparing your legal documents once your credit application is approved and you have accepted the financing terms. For pay-in-full customers, the dealership will begin preparations as soon as your information is submitted.
While the dealership is preparing your documents, upload an image of your valid driver’s license and complete your down payment. The dealer will send you your legal documents via email; make sure to review and e-sign them before you pick up your vehicle. A dedicated Amazon Autos Customer Support Specialist will call you to schedule your pickup appointment with the dealership.
Notes:
· To purchase a car on Amazon.com, you must be 18-years-or-older, have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, and live in the United States near a participating Hyundai dealership.
· Amazon does not charge any additional fees for vehicle purchases, though dealer and Marketplace fees may apply.
· Because you are purchasing a new vehicle, you may need to share more personal information than you’re used to for other Amazon purchases. We don’t sell or use your data for anything other than completing the vehicle purchase. Buy
At the start of checkout, choose how to pay for the vehicle. You can either finance your new car or pay for it in full.
Amazon Autos aims for competitive, no-haggle pricing that allows customers to get a fair deal from the comfort of their home. If you’d like to finance your car, we currently offer financing loans from Hyundai Motor Finance with Fixed APR for terms of 24, 36, 48, 60, or 72 months. Estimate your financing using our calculator during the checkout process.
Applying for financing
To apply for financing for your new car, fill out and submit a credit application on Amazon’s website. Only one person may apply for financing; we do not currently support joint-or-co-signed applications. This credit application is sent to the dealer, who will return an offer of financing to you. Once you accept the dealer’s financing offer, the dealership will prepare and upload a Retail Installment Sales Contract (RISC) along with other documents for you to review and sign.
Paying in full
You can pay for the car in full by entering your $500 deposit using a credit or debit account on Amazon.com, and then bringing a cashier’s check for the rest of the amount to the dealership when you go to pick up your new car. Address your cashier’s check to the dealership, include your new car’s VIN number in the memo line, and you’ll be able to pay for your car at the same time you pick it up.
Notes:
· Regardless of which payment option you choose, you will need your social security number and driver’s license available to complete your purchase.
· If you choose to finance your new car, be prepared to have your employment details and history available.
· If you choose to finance your new car, the final deal offered by the dealership may be different from the estimate seen in the “Estimate your Financing” tool.
· The taxes and fees applied to your new car purchase may change depending on which payment option you choose.
· Your options for incentives, rebates, service plans, or protection plans may change depending on which payment option you choose.
Protect
Before completing checkout, you can purchase additional protections for your new vehicle.
Your new Hyundai is automatically covered by Hyundai’s New Vehicle Warranty and the Hyundai Complementary Maintenance (HCM) plan—this is a complimentary basic factory maintenance plan for three years or 36,000 miles.
Some vehicles are eligible for additional optional plans. If your vehicle is eligible, you will see one or more of these options at checkout:
· Platinum Vehicle Service Contract: The only vehicle service contract (VSC) created for your Hyundai vehicle and backed by Hyundai. A VSC can be a smart way to minimize unexpected repair expenses for as long as you own your vehicle. Mechanical repairs including parts and labor stay covered - long after the factory warranty expires.
· Platinum Vehicle Protection: The Platinum Vehicle Protection package offers combinations of Tire & Wheel Protection, Dent & Ding Protection, Windshield Repair Protection and Key Replacement Protection to create one complete package designed to help preserve the vehicle's beauty and performance for years to come.
· Hyundai EV Care: Maintenance Wrap: The EV Maintenance Wrap is a valuable solution designed to enhance the Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance (HCM) and help keep your vehicle running smoothly during the HCM period.
· Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP): GAP helps eliminate the worry of being caught "upside down" on your finance agreement in the event an accident or theft renders the vehicle a total loss.
Add plans before completing checkout. If you wish to add a protection or service plan to your new car after completing checkout, you can ask the dealership about plans when you pick up your vehicle.

Pickup
Pick up your new vehicle at the Hyundai dealership.
When you purchase a car on Amazon.com, you are purchasing a car from a specific dealership, who will have your car available to pick up. You can schedule an appointment to sign documents and pick up your new vehicle within three days of completing your purchase on Amazon.com.
We offer two types of pickup appointment:
· Standard: During this 75 minute appointment, your dedicated Amazon Advisor will provide a personalized walkthrough, guiding you through key internal and external features of your vehicle. Then, hit the road with confidence as your Amazon Advisor accompanies you on a complimentary orientation drive. To wrap up, you'll be introduced to the service department, sign final documents, connect to the MyHyundai Bluelink app, and drive off in your new car.
· Standard without Orientation Drive: During this 45 minute appointment, you will have all of the features of the Standard Appointment, but without the orientation drive.
Scheduling pickup
Once you’ve submitted your down payment or deposit, a dedicated Amazon Autos Customer Support Specialist will call you to schedule your pickup appointment with the dealership.
Exchanges
Vehicles purchased on Amazon.com are not returnable once the car has been picked up, though you can cancel your order for a full refund any time before you pick up your car. If you are dissatisfied with your new car during or after pickup, Hyundai offers a 3 Day Worry-Free Exchange policy from participating dealerships. Please contact the dealership directly for details on exchanging your vehicle.
Notes:
· Regardless of which pickup appointment you choose, you should bring your Driver’s license, proof of insurance, proof of eligibility for any rebates or incentives (like a military ID), and any additional paperwork requested by the dealer.
· If you are paying for your vehicle in full, please bring a cashier’s check made out to the dealership for the full amount of the car minus your $500 deposit.
· Your new vehicle must be picked up within three dealership business days. Please contact the dealership directly if you need to pick-up your vehicle outside of the three-day window.
· Please double check the address of the dealership you bought your vehicle from before picking it up.
