Eligible customers who purchase or lease a new 2025 IONIQ 5 N vehicle (“Vehicle”) from a participating Hyundai dealer between July 16, 2024 and December 31, 2025 can receive either a hardwired Level 2 ChargePoint® Home Flex EV charger (“Charger”) or a $450 out-of-home charging credit with ChargePoint (“Charging Credit”). Customer must take delivery of Vehicle from new retail stock and execute lease or purchase contract by December 31, 2025. Charger offer cannot be redeemed in AK. Depending on the offer selected, customer will receive a coupon code for the Charger or Charging Credit. Customers who select the Charger offer have 90 days from Vehicle lease or purchase contract date (and no later than December 31, 2025) to redeem the coupon code for the Charger. Paid installation through Hyundai Home is required to receive the Charger. Hardwired installation of the Charger must be scheduled through the Hyundai Home Marketplace (https://HyundaiHomeMarketplace.com⁠ ) and completed within 180 days from Vehicle lease or purchase contract date. Installation is conducted by third party electricians sourced through Hyundai Home and contracted by customers. Initial deposit required and additional costs apply. Hardwired installation available on select residential property only. Customers who select the Charging Credit offer have 90 days from Vehicle lease or purchase contract date (and no later than December 31, 2025) to redeem the coupon code for the Charging Credit. Customers will have two (2) years from the date of redemption to use the Charging Credit. Coupon code is non-transferable and not available for cash. Vehicle is available at select retailers in select states and in limited quantities. Terms and conditions 

The Charger Offer and Charging Credit Offer are available in conjunction with your purchase or lease of a new 2025 IONIQ 5 N vehicle (“Eligible Vehicle”) from a participating Hyundai dealer. Used, Certified Pre-Owned, Hyundai Evolve+, fleet, and rental units are not eligible. Customer must take delivery of a 2025 IONIQ 5 N from new retail stock. Subject to the qualifications, limitations and requirements set forth below, you may qualify to receive either: (1) a coupon code to cover the cost of a Level 2 ChargePoint Home Flex EV charger (“Charger Offer”) or (2) a $450 credit towards out-of-home charging on the ChargePoint charging network (“Charging Credit Offer”). 

As used in these Terms & Conditions, “you”, “your”, and “Customer” refer to the purchaser or lessee of an Eligible Vehicle. “Hyundai”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Hyundai Motor America. 

CHARGER OFFER: Hyundai is offering a coupon code to cover the cost of a hardwired Level 2 ChargePoint Home Flex EV charger (the “Charger”). The total value of this Charger Offer is $549. This Charger Offer is available to eligible Customers who purchase or lease an Eligible Vehicle from a participating Hyundai dealer in the fifty United States and District of Columbia (excluding Alaska) between July 16, 2024 and December 31, 2025 (the “Offer Term”). Customer must take delivery of an Eligible Vehicle from new retail stock and execute a lease or purchase contract by December 31, 2025. To take advantage of this Charger Offer, eligible Customers will need to obtain a coupon code provided on the Hyundai Home Marketplace (https://HyundaiHomeMarketplace.com) after purchasing or leasing an Eligible Vehicle during the Offer Term. Coupon code is not available for cash. The coupon code for the Charger Offer must be redeemed within 90 days from the lease or purchase contract date (and no later than December 31, 2025). Installation of the Charger must be completed within 180 days from the lease or purchase contract date. Void in Alaska and outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. 

CHARGER OFFER REDEMPTION PROCESS: After purchase or lease of an Eligible Vehicle during the Offer Term, Customer must obtain the coupon code provided on the Hyundai Home Marketplace and redeem the coupon code by selecting the “In-Home Charging” option on the Hyundai Home Marketplace, creating a profile or logging in to an existing profile, applying the coupon code within 90 days from the lease or purchase contract date (and no later than December 31, 2025), and scheduling hardwired installation of the Charger through the Hyundai Home Marketplace. The hardwired installation of the Charger must be completed within 180 days of the lease or purchase contract date. A $1 charge will be applied to Customer’s credit card and credited toward the installation cost. If installation is canceled, the $1 charge will be refunded and Customer will forfeit the coupon code covering the cost of the Charger. 

Hardwired installation of the Charger will be conducted by = third party electricians sourced through Hyundai Home and contracted by Customer (the “Installer”). Upon redemption of the coupon code, Customer must answer questions and upload photos related to the Charger installation before receiving installation cost estimates from an Installer. Throughout the process, Customer can be connected with a dedicated Energy Advisor at Electrum to help guide Customer through the Charger hardwired installation process. Installation typically occurs 7-10 days after Customer signs a contract with the Installer. 

CHARGING CREDIT OFFER: As an alternative to the Charger Offer, Hyundai is offering a $450 out-of-home charging credit with ChargePoint. This Charging Credit Offer is available to eligible Customers who purchase or lease an Eligible Vehicle from a participating Hyundai dealer in the fifty United States and District of Columbia during the Offer Term. Customer must take delivery of an Eligible Vehicle from new retail stock and execute a lease or purchase contract by December 31, 2025. To take advantage of this Charging Credit Offer, after purchasing or leasing an Eligible Vehicle during the Offer Term, eligible Customers will need to obtain a coupon code provided on the Hyundai Home Marketplace. Coupon code is not available for cash. The coupon code for the Charging Credit Offer must be redeemed within 90 days from the lease or purchase contract date (and no later than December 31, 2025). Customers will have two (2) years from the date of redemption to use the $450 out-of-home charging credit. After such two (2) year period, any remaining balance will expire and be forfeited. Void outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

Customers will have two (2) years from the date of redemption to use the $450 out-of-home charging credit. 

EARLY PURCHASERS: 

EARLY PURCHASER CHARGER OFFER: Eligible Customers who purchased or leased an Eligible Vehicle before July 16, 2024 (“Early Purchasers”) may also participate in the Charger Offer, but such Early Purchasers must redeem their coupon code by October 14, 2024 and installation of the Charger must be completed by January 12, 2025. Void in Alaska and outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. 

To redeem the Charger Offer, Early Purchasers must redeem the coupon code by selecting the “In-Home Charging” option on the Hyundai Home Marketplace, creating a profile or logging in to an existing profile, applying the coupon code by October 14, 2024 and scheduling hardwired installation of the Charger through Hyundai Home Marketplace. The hardwired installation of the Charger must be completed by January 12, 2025. A $1 charge will be applied to Early Purchaser’s credit card and credited toward the installation cost. If installation is canceled, the $1 charge will be refunded and Early Purchaser will forfeit the coupon code covering the cost of the Charger. 

EARLY PURCHASER CHARGING CREDIT OFFER: As an alternative to the Charger Offer, Early Purchasers may participate in the Charging Credit Offer, but such Early Purchaser must redeem their coupon code by October 14, 2024. To redeem the Charging Credit Offer, Early Purchasers must select the “Out-of-Home Charging” option on the Hyundai Home Marketplace, create a ChargePoint account or log in to an existing ChargePoint account and apply the coupon code. Early Purchasers will have two (2) years from the date of redemption to use the $450 out-of-home charging credit. After such two (2) year period, any remaining balance will expire and be forfeited. Void outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. 

ELIGIBILITY: The Charger Offer is limited to residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. excluding Alaska. The Charging Credit Offer is limited to residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. To be eligible for the Charger Offer or the Charging Credit Offer, Customers must be aged 18 or older and must purchase or lease the Eligible Vehicle from a participating Hyundai dealer. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Charger is only available with hardwired installation provided through Hyundai Home, and the Customer will no longer be eligible for the Charger Offer if Customer seeks to self-install or engage any independent third party to install the Charger. The Charger must be installed in a hardwired manner through Hyundai Home at the primary residence of Customer as set forth on the lease or purchase contract, provided such primary residence is an eligible residential property. Installation is available only at select residential properties where hardwired installation of an electric vehicle charger is permitted. Customer is required to obtain HOA, landlord or any required third-party approval prior to installation. 

NON TRANSFERABLE: An eligible Customer may not assign or transfer its rights under the Charger Offer or Charging Credit Offer, including the applicable coupon code, at any time. The rights under the Charger Offer or Charging Credit Offer are non-transferable to any subsequent purchaser or lessee, or any other person or entity to whom the Eligible Vehicle is conveyed by operation of law or otherwise, including without limitation repossession, death, or as a gift.

CONDITIONS: Customer may only take advantage of one (1) offer. Limit one (1) coupon code per Eligible Vehicle. Duplicate requests will constitute fraud. Theft, diversion, reproduction, transfer, sale or purchase of the Charger Offer or Charging Credit Offer is prohibited and constitutes fraud. Not redeemable in any manner other than provided herein. Coupon code is not transferable and not available for cash. No discounts or credits will be offered for alternatives. The Customer must accept the offered Charger and hardwired installation by the Installer sourced through Hyundai Home. Requests not complying with all offer requirements will not be honored. Any fraudulent submission will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Initial deposit required for Charger installation and additional costs apply. Hardwired installation available on select residential property only. Eligible Vehicle is available at select retailers in select states and in limited quantities. 

COSTS: The Charger Offer includes the Charger. Any additional costs including those arising from the Charger installation or associated with repairs will be Customer’s sole responsibility. Each residence’s situation is different and installation costs will vary. Variables that may affect these costs can include where the Charger will be installed relative to the home’s electrical panel, condition of the home’s wiring, and similar considerations. After creating a Hyundai Home Marketplace account, initiating the $1 credit card deposit, and providing preliminary information, Customer will receive an estimate for installation costs. Customer may be subject to federal, state or local tax on any benefits received under the Charger Offer. 

AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS: By redeeming the Charger Offer or Charging Credit Offer, Customer fully agrees to and accepts these Terms & Conditions and agrees that the decisions of Hyundai regarding the Charger Offer or Charging Credit Offer are final and binding. Hyundai reserves the right, at its discretion, to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions, or any portion thereof, is found to be unenforceable, it shall be stricken without affecting the validity of the remaining portions of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions, which incorporate, to the extent applicable, the Hyundai Website Terms of Use and the Hyundai Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Hyundai governing your redemption of the Charger Offer or Charging Credit Offer and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether or not written, and are not intended to confer upon any person other than the parties, including any creditors, any rights, or remedies hereunder. Hyundai’s failure to enforce any of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that to the extent any third party terms and conditions or other contract (such as ChargePoint terms of use, or an Installer’s contract) are applicable to the offer you redeem hereunder, you shall also comply with such additional terms and conditions and shall look solely to such third parties for any questions or concerns arising out of such third party services. Hyundai may cancel the Charger Offer or Charging Credit Offer in its sole discretion, if Customer conceals or misrepresents any material fact or circumstance, including but not limited to Customer’s personal information, purchase or lease of the Eligible Vehicle, or any information provided in connection with the Charger Offer or Charging Credit Offer. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS/RELEASE: By participating, Customer agrees to release and hold harmless Hyundai and its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, claims based on violation of a third party’s intellectual property rights, property damage, personal injury and/or death, which may occur, directly or indirectly, in connection with the Charger Offer or Charging Credit Offer, Customer’s redemption of the Charger Offer or Charging Credit Offer, the installation, or in any related activity or Customer’s possession, acceptance, use, misuse and/or consumption of any benefit provided in connection with the Charger Offer or Charging Credit Offer. Released Parties are not responsible in any way for the Installer’s actions, recommendations, or any resulting damage caused by, directly or indirectly, the Installer. Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit Customer’s ability to obtain a coupon code or schedule installation of the Charger. Released Parties are also not responsible for any printing errors regarding the Charger Offer or Charging Credit Offer details, or any lost, late, delayed, illegible, mutilated, damaged, incomplete or misdirected redemption claims, which will be void. 

Customers who do not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or attempt to interfere with the Charger Offer or Charging Credit Offer in any way shall be ineligible. All benefits in connection with the Charger Offer or Charging Credit Offer are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and through legitimate channels, or (b) any part is counterfeit, altered, defective, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way. 

NO WARRANTY: Warranty information can be found on Hyundai Home Marketplace. The Charger and installation is not warranted by Hyundai, and Hyundai expressly disclaims any warranty for this product and the installation, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. Hyundai also disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damage to or loss of personal or commercial property, loss of use, cost of purchase of replacement goods, or claims of customers that result from the use of the Charger or installation of the Charger. The Charger is manufactured and offered by third parties. Installation services are provided by third-party electricians sourced through the Hyundai Home service and contracted by Customer directly. 

DISPUTES: Any disputes arising in connection with the Charger Offer or Charging Credit Offer and/or these Terms & Conditions are subject to the “Dispute Resolution Policy: Binding Arbitration” policy set forth within the Hyundai Website Terms of Use, available at https://www.hyundaiusa.com/us/en/terms-conditions (including with respect to the choice of law and venue for any dispute arising under the foregoing Dispute Resolution Policy), key provisions of which are reproduced below: 

Most customer concerns can be resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction by contacting the Hyundai Customer Service Department at CONSUMERAFFAIRS@HMAUSA.COM OR CALLING 800-633-5151. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT HYUNDAI’S CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS UNABLE TO RESOLVE YOUR CONCERNS, WE EACH AGREE TO RESOLVE THOSE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION OR SMALL CLAIMS COURT INSTEAD OF IN COURTS OF GENERAL JURISDICTION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. Arbitration is more informal than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, allows for more limited discovery than in court, and is subject to very limited review by courts. Arbitrators can award the same damages and relief that a court can award. ANY ARBITRATION UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW; CLASS ARBITRATIONS, CLASS ACTIONS OR REPRESENTATIVE ARBITRATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Hyundai will pay all administrative costs of the arbitrator, no matter who wins, so long as your claim is not frivolous or brought in bad faith. However, in arbitration, both you and Hyundai will be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees from the other party to the same extent as you would be in court. 

Interpretation or application of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, irrespective of its conflicts of laws provisions. In the event that court intervention is required with respect to interpretation, application or enforcement of the Dispute Resolution Policy mentioned above (including without limitation for petitions to confirm or vacate arbitration awards), you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in Orange County, California to the maximum extent permitted by law. This provision and the Dispute Resolution Policy shall survive termination of your relationship with Hyundai, or termination of the Charger Offer or Charging Credit Offer.
