Program description

To help individuals whose vehicle was damaged as a result of Hurricane Milton on or after October 9, 2024, Hyundai is providing:  

  • $1,000 customer incentive towards the purchase or lease of a new 2024 or 2025 Hyundai.

  • Insurance deductible support (up to $500) for customers whose vehicles were damaged by the hurricanes and who are purchasing a new Hyundai.  

Eligible Vehicles

 

  • New and unused Model Year 2024-2025 Hyundai vehicles. Eligible vehicles must be purchased at participating Hyundai dealers in Florida during the program period.
  • Program period of October 12, 2024 through January 2, 2025.

Eligible Buyers

  • Customers whose current vehicle (any make/model) was damaged as a result of Hurricane Milton on or after October 9, 2024
  • Customers must purchase or lease an eligible new vehicle from a participating Hyundai dealership in Florida.
  • New customers must be listed as the owner/lessee of the damaged vehicle, or reside in the same household as the owner/lessee of the damaged vehicle.

  • Limit of one coupon per damaged vehicle, and only one rebate applied to each new vehicle purchase.

  • Disaster relief coupon is compatible with other retail offers, except where specified.

Ineligible Buyers

  • Customers whose vehicle was not damaged as a result of Hurricane Milton on or after October 9, 2024.
  • Customers who purchase a vehicle that is not listed under “Eligible Vehicles.” from a participating Hyundai dealership in Florida.
  • Customers who purchase a vehicle within Circle E, O or M plans.

Claim Submission Documents Required

b) Insurance letter with proof of Hurricane Milton damage

c) Copy of damaged vehicle registration

d) New Hyundai purchase or lease agreement

 

 

A letter on insurance company’s letterhead or a copy of the completed vehicle insurance claim form. The letter or claim form must clearly identify the customer name, vehicle make and model, the amount of deductible on the vehicle and proof of damage from the recent severe weather conditions of Hurricane Milton. Insurance claims must show damage occurred during Hurricane Milton on or after October 9, 2024.

 

If the purchaser is not the listed owner on the insurance letter or insurance claim form, please provide a copy of the driver’s license of both the purchaser and the listed owner to prove same residency. 

 

All claims must either be mailed or emailed to the addresses listed above.

 

IMPORTANT: Disaster Relief Coupon incentive amounts are subject to change without notice. HMA reserves the sole right to cancel, amend or revoke any incentive program in full or in part for any reason at any time without incurring liability. HMA reserves the sole right to interpret these rules and shall not be bound by any previous interpretations made by HMA before or during the program. *The $1,000 Hurricane Milton Disaster Relief Rebate must be applied towards the purchase or lease of a new 2024 or 2025 model year Hyundai vehicle from a participating Florida Hyundai dealer. Customer must be a current owner or lessee of a vehicle that sustained damage, as a result of Hurricane Milton, that occurred from October 9, 2024 -January 2, 2025, and must provide a letter from their insurance company clearly identifying the vehicle make and model, the amount of damage the vehicle incurred and proof that the damage was a result of Hurricane Milton. The new Hyundai vehicle must be purchased or leased between 10/12/2024 and 1/2/25. Rebate must be applied to the amount due at signing. Limit of one rebate per damaged vehicle and only one rebate applied to new vehicle purchase or lease. May not be combined with other special offers except where specified.
