Still got questions about TUCSON Plug-in Hybrid?

As the name suggests, a compact SUV is a small, nimble sport utility vehicle. Great examples of these agile, fun-to-drive compact SUVs include: Hyundai VENUE, the small SUV with big city hustle; Hyundai KONA, the mighty SUV that does it all; and Hyundai TUCSON, the modern adventure SUV.
Charging your TUCSON Plug-in Hybrid at home is as easy as connecting the included 110V charging cable to an outlet. In case you don’t have a home charger and want to charge outside of your home, please note this vehicle uses an industry-standard SAE J1772 charging port.
Yes! Plug-in hybrid, all-electric, and fuel cell electric vehicles purchased after 2023 may be eligible for federal tax credits per the U.S. Department of Energy. For more information, visit irs.gov.

It will normally take just under two hours to charge your Hyundai TUCSON Plug-in Hybrid while using a Level 2 240V charger (sold separately). If using a standard 110V charger, the estimated charging time is about 10 hours.

Actual charging time varies based on a number of factors, including current battery charge level, output of the charging unit, vehicle and battery settings, battery temperature and outside temperature. Level 2 240V charger and cable are not included.
